If you can't login to the Member Portal, then you could be using the incorrect password. Go to Winning Edge Investments, then click on Member Portal (top right). Underneath where you input your Username & Password, click on Forgot Password, and follow the process to reset your password.

If that doesn't work, sometimes it's a cache issue. Simply restart your device, try login from another device, try a different web browser, or clear the history on your device/laptop.

Lastly, please ensure to triple check that you are typing in the correct e-mail address. Often the issue is a member accidentally typing in one letter incorrectly.
