Pause All Services: This DOES NOT cancel your service. This functionality is designed for members who wish to pause for bona fide reasons, such as going on holiday, being out of wifi range or wishing to take a break. Individual services cannot be paused. If you pause, all services must be paused. You can pause your services for a minimum of 7 days, and a maximum of 28 days per year. After that time the services can be automatically resumed by us, or if the expiry date has passed, the services may be terminated. Anyone found abusing the pausing system can be charged immediately for unpaid portions of their membership. Note that if a service needs to be paused due to suspension of operations/competition, or due to the analyst taking a break for whatever reason, then we will of course permit pausing for as long as it takes until the service resumes. Your subscriptions are immediately paused. No charge will be made to your card during the paused period, and your subscription expiry date will automatically extend by however many days your services are paused for. When you want to unpause your services, you simply click Unpause All Services and they will resume. Please note however that you will not receive any messages from the services during the time your services are paused.
Change Type (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual): This allows you to change your existing subscription type to Monthly, Quarterly or Annual, which will apply from when your service next recurs.
Use Loyalty Bonus Credits To Extend Membership Service Period: This allows you to apply your Loyalty Bonus Credits towards any service(s) of your choice, to extend the membership period of your subscription at no cost. Important note: if you use your credits to purchase or extend a service then you cannot later terminate that service and receive pro rata credits. Once you use your credits the decision cannot be reversed under any circumstances, so please use your credits wisely. Credits are calculated based on the website monthly list price. So if a service costs $287 per month and you use $287 worth of credits, you will get a 1 month extension at no cost. If you use $861 worth of credits, you will receive a 3 month extension at no cost. Credits cannot be used in conjunction with special discount, trial or bonus offers unless expressly stated as permitted.
Cancel Service On Expiry Date: Your service will continue until the expiry date, at which point your service will not renew, you won't be charged, and your service will cease. Please note when you cancel on expiry date, you continue to receive your services via E-mail & Member Login, but you immediately stop receiving the service via the Smartphone App.
Immediately Terminate Service For Pro Rata Credits: Your service is terminated immediately, so you will not receive tips immediately from the time you terminate. You will receive the pro rata credits calculated based on how much of the service you have used compared to the monthly list price. Note the calculation is: (The amount paid in cash less discounts, credits and loyalty bonus credits received) * (number of days remaining of service / number of days initially subscribed to service). Therefore, if you used loyalty bonus credits to pay for all of a service, then you will not receive any pro rata credits. Please note that Termination for Pro Rata credits is permitted for those racing services except Worldwide Tips & Unleash!. Termination for Pro Rata credits is not permitted for any sports services. Terminating a service prior to renewal removes any prior guarantee that may have been applicable. We may prevent the terminating of services for Pro Rata Credits for any or all services at any point, particularly when we are running promotions, so please check the message advising how many credits you will receive before proceeding.
Transfer To Another Service: You cannot directly transfer to another service. But you can login to the Member Portal, go to Subscriptions, Immediately Terminate your current service for Pro Rata Credits (if applicable for that service), and then utilise those credits towards part or all of the cost towards subscribing to a new membership.
