Race 3: Henson Lloyd Accountants Maiden 1200m

Our Benevento did a good job last start when caught wide on speed and battling on strongly before going down narrowly, steps up to the 1200m here and looks to find a winnable race, will settle on speed, and should give them something to catch. Foie Gras was only plain first up at Gawler, didn’t end up in the best ground but still thought she had her chance, had excuses last start, must respect the McEvoy/Kah combo. Carlaluisa was only plain on debut, can improve here with race experience and the blinkers being applied.

Race 7: Benchmark 60 Handicap 1600m

Time Rogue is going well, unbeaten here at Balaklava, leads and should give a great sight. Divine Weaver is consistent as they come, looks to be building nicely this prep, if Holder can find a position early from the wide barrier, she will be hitting the line well late. Wanted By All is going OK, on the short back up, maps well.
