Race 1: ATC Owners Benefit Card Handicap 1400m

Aqua D’Ivina (1st) had a nice run just off the speed, looked to be struggling but knuckled down strongly last 100m to score. Island Missile (2nd) sat outside the leader and sprinted clear, looked the winner before knocking up late. Barbeque (3rd) settled last and made good ground in the straight.

 

Race 2: TAB Handicap 1200m

Futooh (1st) settled at the rear, travelled up strongly, and let down well to put them away, nice effort. Ligulate (2nd) had the perfect run in transit, travelled up strongly, winner too strong. Sokudo (3rd) had a nice run and made steady ground in the straight.

 

Race 3: #Theraces Handicap 1200m

Fortensky (1st) box seated, once gap appeared in the straight, sprinted well to score. Viceroy (2nd) sat outside the leader, showed a great sprint to dash clear, knocked up a touch late, still a good effort. Tswalu (3rd) settled last and ran on well late.

 

Race 4: TAB Highway Handicap 1300m

Runway Ready (1st) had a nice run just behind the speed, presented up strongly and went straight past the favourite, much too good for them. O’Lordy (2nd) settled midfield and made steady ground in the straight. Mister Marmalade (3rd) settled last and made good ground in the straight. Awesome Pluck (4th) the short priced favourite, did some things wrong, still disappointing.

 

Race 5: Youth Insearch Inspire Mile 1600m

Positive Problems (1st) led at a strong tempo, the jockey went early before the turn and he has just held on late. Medaille (2nd) box seated, ran on strongly late to just miss. Gamblestown (3rd) settled towards the rear, flew late to just miss.

 

Race 6: Spinalcure Racing4Research Sprint 1000m

Burradoo (1st) settled last, peeled widest and attacked the line strongly late, good effort. Loverboy Charlie (2nd) settled at the rear, sliced through the field in the straight, sprinted well but winner was too strong. Fickle Folly (3rd) was caught wide on speed, kept finding in the straight, going well.

 

Race 7: 2018 ATC Membership Handicap 1400m

Siren’s Fury (1st) settled towards the rear, kept grinding away in the straight, knuckled down late and held off the challenger, tough effort. Queen Misty (2nd) settled last, ran on strongly in the straight, winner just too strong, beat the rest easily. They cleared out.

 

Race 8: TAB.com.au Handicap 1400m

Lanciato (1st) settled last off what looked a good tempo, rounded them up strongly in the straight to win well, going very well. Noire (2nd) had a nice run in transit, let down well to hit the lead, winner too strong late. Show a Star (3rd) was involved in abit of an early speed battle, stuck on very well in the straight.

 

Race 9: ATC Handicap 1400m

Malaise (1st) settled at the rear, peeled widest in the straight and ran on strongly to score in the last stride. Level Eight (2nd) had the perfect run, travelled up strongly, and sprinted well, winner too strong late. Samadoubt (3rd) led and gave a great kick, just knocked up in the last 100m.
