Race 1: Golden Gift 1100m

Secret Lady (1^st) worked across to the lead, gave a kick and has held them off late, looks a decent type. Plague Stone (2^nd) was heavily backed, not much went right in the run but still had his chance, disappointing. Orcein (3^rd) hit the line well late.

Race 2: The HQ of Insurance Handicap 1400m

Bull Market (1^st) settled a touch worse than midfield, kept grinding to the line in the straight to get up in the last stride. Poetic Charmer (2^nd) had a similar run in transit. Star Sensation (3^rd) was on the speed and has battled on well in the straight.

Race 3: Luna Park Handicap 1800m

Dagny (1^st) settled last off what looked a strong tempo and has ran on powerfully late to score a deserved win. Gambler’s Blues (2^nd) had the perfect run in transit, hit the lead but the winner was too strong late. Zahspeed (3^rd) ran well on the speed.

Race 4: Bedford CA Handicap 1200m

Positive Problems (1^st) led, got control and was too strong for them. Miss Ballantine (2^nd) had a lovely run midfield and has ran on strongly late, be careful following both of them going forward. Anatola (4^th) was one paced. Zonk (5^th) was also one paced, I think she’s better over 1100m or less.

Race 5: TAB Highway Handicap 1500m

On pace dominated. Schedule (1^st) sat outside the leader and was too strong in the straight to hold them off. Athonis (2^nd) was heavily backed, led, and had its chance. Realing (3^rd) ran on late. Gitan (4^th) was a touch one paced.

Race 6: Thoroughbred Breeders NSW Handicap 1400m

Invinzabeel (1^st) had a perfect run in transit and has managed to just get up late, be careful following going forward. Just Dreaming (2^nd) sat on the speed, never gave it up down the straight, winner just too strong late. Time to Torque (3^rd) had a nice run and ran on well late. Zumbelina (7^th) was well backed but was never able to get into the race.

Race 7: The Country Classic 2000m

McEvoy was able to get Miss Dubois (1^st) into a position from the wide gate and she has been too strong late. Wildflower (2^nd) sat in behind the speed, hit the lead but the winner was too strong late. D’Beak (3^rd) sat outside the leader and kept responding in the straight. Overdue (4^th) ran on strongly late.

Race 8: Goldners Horse Transport Handicap 1100m

Rachel Hunt took complete control of this race but going clear in the lead on Don’t Tease Me (1^st) and stealing the race, great ride. Bon Amis (2^nd) hit the line well late, lost no admirers. Thought Test the World (3^rd) went really well first up and looks in for a good prep. Secret Trail (4^th) ran on well. Like I said after last start you can forget about In Times of War (5^th).

Race 9: ANZ Bloodstock News Handicap 1500m

Dreamforce (1^st) jumped straight to the front and has completely owned the race, gave nothing else a chance, too good. Our Belisa (2^nd) sat outside it, no match the winner but loses no admirers. Istria (3^rd) had a nice run and has gone well enough. They gapped the rest.
