The Week In Review: 17 - 23 September

Trial Spy

Week: 11.5 units profit (63.2% PoT)

Overall: 680.7 units profit (10.2% PoT)

What a week! The Trial Spy party rolls on as we collected 11.5 units profit across the week. It was a busy one, as we had six big winners plus a handful of placings. The highlight was Farranfore at Kembla Grange on Saturday, which landed us 6.7 units profit at $11.

NSW Tips & Ratings

Week: 1.4 units profit (11.5% PoT)

Overall: 121.4 units profit (20.2% PoT)

Another week, another profit. If it didn’t involve free money, it’d almost be boring. Winners with Cyclonite (Hawkesbury, Thursday), Thinkin’ Big and The Lord Mayor (Rosehill, Saturday). Up we go.

John's Analytics

Week: 3.9 units profit (24.1% PoT)

Overall: 223.7 units profit (15.0% PoT)

There was no falling back down the mountain after last week’s insane profits, with John backing up with another highly profitable week at better than 20% POT. Typically busy, we bet every day of the week and found six winners… the highlight being Tough One at Ipswich on Friday, which paid $13.

BlackBook Bets

Week: 3.1 units profit (24.6% PoT)

Overall: 295.1 units profit (7.8% PoT)

Back to winning ways for Lachlan. We scored winners with Mrs O’Malley (Pakenham, Tuesday) and Mystic Journey (Caulfield, Saturday), which paid a whopping $19.40 best tote.

Dean’s Tips

Week: 16.8 units profit (73.1% PoT)

Overall: 615.9 units profit (7.8% PoT)

Now that’s more like it. After last week’s disappointment, we got it all back immediately. Saturday was superb, delivering Jungle Cat (Caulfield) at $13.70 and A Knight Of Pro (Belmont) at $12 and $3.40. When Dean’s Tips hits stride, there’s an ability to rack up profits very, very quickly… this week was a great example of that.

Golf

Week: -1.9 units profit (-100.0% PoT)

Overall: 32.6 units profit (11.2% PoT)

No joy this week across our twelve bets. The closest was Xander Schauffele, who finished seventh in the PGA Tour Championship after we backed him at $42.

AFL Tips

Week: -2.5 units profit (-100.0% PoT)

Overall: 10.9 units profit (5.8% PoT)

Just the one bet on preliminary final weekend and unfortunately we were on Richmond (-16.5), who were completely blown off the park by Collingwood in a shock result.

Cricket

Overall: 61.8 units profit (7.2% PoT)

No completed bets this week on the cricket front.

NRL Tips

Week: -2.5 units profit (-100.0% PoT)

Overall: 12.4 units profit (0.6% PoT)

Just one bet for us in the preliminary finals, and we were on the wrong wide of the ledger, backing the Rabbitohs at the line.
