Lachlan’s back to his busy ways as we approach spring, and backed 15 horses this week. Just the one winner in Merriest (Moonee Valley, Saturday), but once again a profit was secured with Lachlan’s 1x3 staking method capturing those all-important placegetters to keep the bank ticking over.

In big news, Lachlan also crashed through the 300-unit lifetime profit figure… a truly fantastic effort and testament to his ability to produce long-term profits over multiple years.

NSW Tips & Ratings

Week: -1.6 units profit (-13.0% PoT)

Overall: 99.2 units profit (17.8% PoT)

A real case of “what might have been” for Mark this week. We got good winners at Rosehill on Saturday in Common Purpose and Danawi, but of the eleven other bets, five placings meant we missed a huge weekly profit by very slim margins.

John's Analytics

Week: 3.2 units profit (11.4% PoT)

Overall: 194.1 units profit (13.6% PoT)

Speaking of busy weeks, a huge one for John as he backed 32 horse across six days of punting. The results materialized, with five winners in Banri De Hero, Pomme La Belle (Gunnedah, Monday), Rosecraft (Canberra, Friday), Fox Street and Goldie Girl (Townsville, Saturday). Plenty of action and a strong profit result: John is in good touch heading into spring.

NRL Tips

Week: 5.3 units profit (52.8% PoT)

Overall: 32.1 units profit (1.5% PoT)

A quiet week for League, but the selections were first-class. Just the four bets: Sea Eagles, Warriors, Knights and Bulldogs all at the line, with all getting the job done bar the Knights, who finished a few points short. Great week as we gear up for finals.

Golf

Week: -1.4 units profit (-100% PoT)

Overall: 39.7 units profit (14.1% PoT)

At the risk of sounding like a broken record… boy oh boy are we getting close to another big collect. Our best plays this week at the Northern Trust were Sean O’Hair (28th overall at $1,000), Johnatton Vegas (15th at $910) and Aussie Cameron Smith (3rd at $450). Incredible value found… we just need one to get over the line.

AFL Tips

Week: -0.5 units profit (-4.2% PoT)

Overall: 11.2 units profit (6.3% PoT)

Basically a chop-out this week with three of our six line bets hitting the mark: Geelong, Adelaide and Melbourne all got the job done for us.

Cricket

Week: -3.8 units profit (-100% PoT)

Overall: 58.2 units profit (6.8% PoT)

Disappointing week as our three bets all went down. No huge damage to the bank however, with relatively small stakes. A quiet time of the year for cricket, and things should start to pick soon.
